Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees at least 20 minutes prior to baking.
Grease a medium cake mold with butter, then sprinkle wheat flour on top of the butter.
In a mixing bowl, beat the sugar with butter at medium speed until you get a light cream color.
Add the eggs one by one, while continuing the mixer.
After there is consistency to the cream of the mix, stop the mixer and add the wheat flour, milk, and chocolate.
Resume the mixer until everything is consistent.
Finally add the baking powder and mix for two more minutes.
Put the dough in the cake mold, and place in the oven for 40 minutes.
After the cake is removed from the oven and has cooled for 30 minutes, start the icing.
In a medium saucepan, bring the heavy cream to a boil, then add in the chopped chocolate and mix well.
Smear the icing on the cake.
